Leo Caraballo brings 23 years of hands-on demolition and environmental experience to the company.  Starting in the industry swinging a sledgehammer, Leo has been involved in and completed projects ranging, but not limited to selective demolition, total demolition, structural dismantling, mechanical demolition, decommissioning, deconstruction, implosions, asbestos/lead abatement, fire restoration, mold remediation and catastrophic response.

Management skills including, but not limited to, overseeing multiple high-end projects, managing over 300 employees, contract management, contract negotiations, buy-outs, project estimating, project design and planning, project management, subcontracting, value engineering, budgeting, time management, pre-construction service, and mentoring employees in the art of environmental and demolition services.
