Interior abatement of tile and black mastic (90,000 sf+), TSI pipe fittings, fire doors, and transite panels. Exterior abatement of black mastic discovered underneath most of the asphalt parking area and vertical planter walls (100,000 sf+) and the caulking along the vertical walls of the eight-story building.
